Benedictine Health System (BHS), a non-profit organization with a unique commitment to long-term care, has a FT opening for a Regional Director, Finance. This position is responsible for implementing and coordinating the accounting and finance functions for BHS facilities located in MN, MO and WI regions. This position is also responsible for analyzing monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with policies & procedures, monitoring operating budgets and assisting with the preparation of the annual operation and capital improvement budgets.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of 7 yrs. of similar work exp., 4 yrs. of supervisory exp. and exp. in accounting and finance related to the LTC industry. Accounting/Reimbursement knowledge working with MN, MO and WI preferred.
