This person will perform administrative duties for the President/CEO. Responsibilities include screening phone calls, filing, preparing reports and financial data, data entry, meeting and event arrangements, managing calendars, customer relations, project coordination, and other duties as assigned. This position requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility with schedule, excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with outside clients and suppliers.
