HR Benefits Representative-St. Louis Park, MN
Our company is recruiting for multiple benefits representatives to answer phone calls from internal and past employees concerning company benefits. These questions from employees may involve something as simple as a co pay question or a more complicated 401(k) or bonus related question. This is a Tier 1 level role so any problematic calls will be escalated to a Tier 2 Benefits rep level.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience handling these types of questions for employees.
These are contract positions that will run anywhere from 4 to 8 months. There is the chance that one or more could go permanent but that won't be determined until many months down the road.
