Top Career Solutions has teamed with a Medical Device Company in St. Paul, MN to hire a Tradeshow Sales Specialist. This person will be in charge of coordinating tradeshows, event planning, creating agendas, and administrative duties. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Duties:
· Coordinate tradeshow, exhibit, and event details
· Coordinate exhibit material, literature samples, table drapes, and portable displays
· Make hotel arrangements for tradeshow attendees
· Manage tradeshow schedules
· Ensure that products for demonstrations are being shipped to tradeshow sites
· Coordinate an educational program for sales reps
Requirements:
· Associates degree or higher in Business or Marketing is required
· 1-3 years experience in Marketing or Event Planning
· Tradeshow coordination will be considered top candidates
· Customer service or clerical background is a plus
