The Product Marketer is responsible for growing the use of sparkhouse curriculum resources in mainline Protestant churches in North America by translating strategies and objectives for assigned brands into high impact marketing execution.
Key Result Areas
Execute marketing campaigns that build customer loyalty.
-Develop comprehensive marketing plans for assigned brands that result in increased adoptions, and long-term customer engagement.
-Develop creative briefs for all planned tactical execution, ensuring that tactics are on-brand, and on time and on budget.
-Manage messaging across all marketing communications: print, digital, web, social media platforms.
-Serve as an internal product advocate and primary point of contact, being directly involved in internal employee education for assigned brands.
Utilize business, marketing trends to strategically execute marketing campaigns.
-Actively monitor and analyze results of marketing tactics, taking appropriate action to improve performance.
-Actively monitor sales for assigned brands using analytical tools and other sources of insight to consistently improve marketing execution.

Desired education and experience
-B.A. or advance degree in Marketing
-3- 5 years’ experience in marketing communications.
-Experience working on consumer brands – including those in the children’s, youth and/or education categories.
-Demonstrated ability to developing breakthrough marketing insights and execution.
Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities
-Requires strong verbal/written communication skills
-Must be able to thrive in and contribute to a highly collaborative environment.
-Able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong working knowledge of application of social media platforms in the marketing mix.
-Direct involvement in church ministry a plus.
