Integrated Home Care is recruiting a FT care team coordinator to perform clerical functions to validate data, send MD 485's and orders, review patient charts, tracking to ensure compliance to Medicare regulations.  HS diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills (excel) and medical terminology and abbreviations required.  Preferred education in health information management. Full time day hours 8-4:30. Monday-Friday.
