ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Receive customer requests, from order releases, telephone, fax, or email Communicate requests to the team through order entry, change notices, or other communication Coordinate customer needs with manufacturing/delivery abilities Respond to customer requests Contract Review Send and Receive EDI Receive and Respond to Internal Customer requests Follow the Customer Complaints Procedure On weekly basis do Heat Treat Invoicing On monthly, quarterly or occasionally convert customer due dates to the clients ship dates Prepare for customer service audits Retrieve and Provide to Customer Service Manager “Cust Scorecards” each month from your desk SUPERISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. TECHNICAL SKILLS Keyboarding, Windows, MS Excel and Work, Internet and e-mail EDUCATIONS and or EXPERIENCE High School diploma On the Job Training – Enterprise System LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulation. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions form groups of manager, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Basic mathematic skills required. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
