Job Description:
Humera is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a large medical technologies company! Candidates must have a 4 year degree to be considered. Our client is committed to innovating for life by pushing the boundaries of medical technology and changing the way the world treats chronic disease. This is a year long contract position.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls from internal district and regional teams
  • Communicating information from incoming calls to company's field staff as needed
  • Receiving and processing customer requests and orders via fax, telephone and email
  • Entering and updating customer information into SAP database
  • Monitoring queue of open message requests and providing timely responses to all inquiries

  • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
    • 4 year undergraduate degree required - applicants without this will not be considered
    • 3-5 years of customer service experience
    • Experience using SAP, JDE, BAAN or Oracle in a sales or customer service capacity desired
    • Must have a testing typing speed of 60+ words per minute

    • Training hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm for 4-6 weeks
    • After training the schedule will change to Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 7:00pm
