We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist at our Golden Valley corporate office, to support the areas of recruiting, benefit administration, compensation, performance management, and possibly other HR-related areas. The blend of duties will be based on the skillset of the most qualified and our department needs.
Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, certification as PHR/SPHR is beneficial, and six to eight years of relevant HR Generalist experience. The ability to maintain confidential information, build and maintain supportive relationships with all levels of management and employees will be essential. Knowledge of General Human Resources best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication skills and ability to effective administer multiple task within the same time frame. Knowledgeable in the areas of EEO, AAP, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, Worker Compensation, Wage and Hour laws, and other employment related laws and regulations.
