Integrated Home Care is looking for a full time RN case manager on our adult visit team.  See 5-6 patients per day, additional reimbrusement paid for seeing more then expected. Days, one weekend per month.  Must have at least 1-2 yrs previous nursing experience, home care and case management exp. a plus.  Must have current MN RN license, valid drivers license, own auto and auto insurance.  We offer excellent pay and benefits.
