Step ‘N Stretch is Minnesota’s largest dance retail supply store. Since 1996, we’ve catered to dance, figure skating, gymnastics, cheer, theater and more. Our staff members are experienced and educated in all the athletic and arts areas we specialize in. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service while educating the customer.
Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer experience
Educate customers in all product knowledge
Understand and adhere to company standards and policies
Maintain awareness of store operations and procedures
Qualifications:
Demonstrate desire to provide excellent customer service
Ability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attentiveness to customer
Retail experience preferred, but not required
Dance (ballet/pointe) background highly recommended
Advanced dancers/teachers encouraged to apply
Openings: Sales Associate
Part-Time shifts for afternoon/evening and weekend hours available at Burnsville and Minnetonka locations
Part-time shifts for day, evening, weekend hours available at Woodbury and Blaine locations
Applicants must be able to start in January 2013. We do not hire seasonal staffing.
