The primary responsibility of the Clinical Services Contract Coordinator is to track, monitor, and assist with the management of contracts in which Clinical Services is the business owner. Using project management methodology, this position is responsible for facilitating business communication with assigned vendors including vendor check-in meetings, oversight activities, and performance monitoring. Specific duties and responsibilities include:



  • Assume primary responsibility for ensuring routine and as needed meetings are scheduled with assigned vendors. 
  • Monitor and track contract requirements and vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders regarding vendor performance. 
  • Schedule and ensure oversight activities are conducted.
  • Coordinate the RFP process within the department.
  • Maintain competence in IT systems utilized in Clinical Services and assist in upgrades and needs analysis to plan for training.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

BA/BS/BSN preferred; demonstrated experience will be considered in lieu of degree.


Required experience includes: Two years related experience in health care setting required. Two years project coordination experience in a health care environment.


Preferred experience includes: Background in contract management. Excellent computer word processing and data base experience.
