Bethel Care Center is looking for an experienced HR professional to join its leadership team at the director level, leading the organization’s HR functions, including hiring, benefit administration, work comp management, labor relations, policy and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of progressive HR work experience. Work experience in a union environment and PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
