Building Maintenance Mechanic

Performs a wide range of Light Maintenance duties for the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview Riverside complex in its entirety. Some duties include but are not limited to:
1) Installation of blood pressure cuffs, bulletin and grease boards, shelving, plant hangers, coat hooks, dispensers of all kinds and corner guards
2) Replace and repair various other tasks such as: keyboard trays, hang mirror and pictures, replace casters (chairs and IV poles), chairs, sleeper chairs, wood side chairs and shower and towel bars
3) Performs many other tasks such as: assemble furniture and deliver, safety check wall rails, minor re-configuration of modular furniture
Minimum qualifications: 5 years of light maintenance experience.
Preferred qualifications: Vocational/Technical Training and 5-10 years of light maintenance experience.
