Job Description:
Humera is seeking a Tech Support Analyst for our client located in Columbia Heights! Our client is committed to innovating for life by pushing the boundaries of medical technology and changing the way the world treats chronic disease. This is a long-term contract assignment!
Responsibilities:
  • Administer computer accounts and passwords
  • Handle password resets
  • Analyze situations and data requirements
  • Answer IT Support Center phone calls
  • Support IT-endorsed hardware and software applications
  • Respond to general inquiries to the help desk

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Experience with Windows XP and Outlook
  • Experience with remote management tools, remote dial-in, active directory administration, and virtual private network
  • Experience with office productivity tools, web-based applications, and TCP/IP
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
