Job Description:
Humera is seeking a Workforce Manager for our sister company Indrotec. Indrotec is the premier Staffing and Workforce Management Company is in need of a self-motivated and driven person to oversee the day-to-day expectations of our cleaning and Maintenance workforce in Minneapolis.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an individual with management experience where duties may have involved recruiting, screening and hiring. This individual may be looking to break into or grow within a Workforce Management career. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude, and have the ability to work independently and efficiently, be able to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and maintain a positive attitude and the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Management:
  • Responsible to oversee all management of a diverse workforce, from recruiting, assessment, onboarding and employee management
  • Customer interference
  • Ability to maintain strong public relations
  • Maintain service expectations
Operations:
  • Handle high call volumes (mainly inbound calls) from potential candidates and existing employees and responds to their questions and concerns
  • Screen and assess applicants over the phone
  • Assess resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Schedule all appropriate candidates for screening
  • Conduct and assist with screening process
    • Greet applicants
    • Administer testing
    • Interview candidates and make hiring decision
    • Initiate drug test and background investigation
  • Offer and confirm qualified candidates for appropriate position

Required Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to work with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to Prioritize
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Position Details:
  • Expect to be on-call in order to provide customer satisfaction
