This new position manages and supervises the program services of Rise and reports to the President of Rise. Manages and recruits program staff managers, manages the current programs and the development of new program services. Maintains appropriate program regulations which govern the individual program services and insure that programs meet all standards of quality and performance. Maintains a quality management system which measures program accountability. Maintains and establishes community liaisons and represents Rise with community stakeholders. Maintains excellent communications with funding and cooperating agencies (DEED, DHS, county social services etc.)and other community leaders. Maintains excellent communication with key business contacts and assures responsive program services to meet employers' labor needs. Assists in the development and management of the program budget.
Degree in human service field, Master's degree preferred. Five years' experience managing employment, DTH and mental health programs and experience with broad disability populations required. Excellent writing/communication skills required. Technical knowledge of funding, budgets and regulatory compliance required. Proficient in Excel and Word required.
