Mary T. Inc. currently has three openings for Multi-site Supervisors. These posiitons involve the oversight of daily operations in two homes. Location options are:
- Bloomington/Shakopee
- Coon Rapids
- Plymouth/Crystal
The persons in these positions are responsible for:
- oversight of all operational duties in the homes
- superviision of home employees
- budget compliance
- management of all employee mentoring and training
- completion of all compliance paperwork
- establishment of positive relationships with families, case managers and medical providers
- attention to and resolution of all issues with consumers and employees
Requirements include:
- a Bachelor's degree in a related field (QMRP status)
- a working knowledge of group home regulations
- previous group home menagement experience
- ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
- enthusiasm for people management and problem-solving
- great communication skills
- flexibility with the work schedule
