To assemble manufactured products, perform integration, calibration and acceptance of the CMM. Test, repair, and evaluate components, in a manner that constantly meet quality and productivity standards.
Skills Required
Must have at least 2 years of previous experience in mechanical or electrical assembly building larger machines or engines.
Must have experience with a caliper and micrometer
Experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and Volt/Ohm meters.
Ability to work with close tolerances and precise measurements.
Knowledge of production methods and procedures as they apply to electronic and mechanical assemblies.
Knowledge of manufacturing design methods and procedures.
Ability to read blue prints and schematic drawings.
Demonstrates the ability to effectively and cooperatively adhere to established policies and procedures.
Works safely and keeps work area clear of potential hazards.
Demonstrates the ability to effectively use troubleshooting methods to determine the root cause of problems and recommends effective solutions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
2 year degree in Electronics Technology preferred, not required
Any formal electrical or mechanical training is a plus
Must have work experience in a manufacturing setting
Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Attention to detail
Able to stand for long periods of times
Ability to lift up to 50lbs. multiple times during the day.
Must pass Employment verification via E-verify and a Criminal Background screen
Good attendance is a must
Must have solid work history (must be able to show that you have a job that has lasted minimum 1 year)
