Our client is seeking a Contractor for a Compensation project involving researching salary structure(s), compensation plans, compensation budgeting, merit planning and much more. This role will last anywhere from 3-6 plus months and possibly be available on a permanent basis if chosen by both parties.
Must have 3-5 years experience in these areas working for a large organization.
