Position Overview:

Provide excellent service to our customers by answering inbound calls to assist customers in placing orders with ShopNBC.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Flexible Part-Time Shift:  9am - 5pm varying 20-hour weekly schedules

Essential Functions:

Principle Accountabilities & Authorities:

  • Answers incoming calls and responds to the customer's questions and concerns regarding the order process
  • Demonstrates professionalism by creating a positive image for ShopNBC
  • Maintains and effectively articulates a thorough knowledge and skill base for policies and procedures
  • Contributes to the team and the department in a positive and constructive manner
  • Provides a superior customer experience to both internal and external customers
  • Other duties as assigned


High School Diplomas or GED



  • Minimum six months CallCenter, Customer Service or related experience

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Working knowledge of windows based programs

  • Strong computer navigation skills
