Position Overview:
Provide excellent service to our customers by answering inbound calls to assist customers in placing orders with ShopNBC.

- Answers incoming calls and responds to the customer's questions and concerns regarding the order process
- Demonstrates professionalism by creating a positive image for ShopNBC
- Maintains and effectively articulates a thorough knowledge and skill base for policies and procedures
- Contributes to the team and the department in a positive and constructive manner
- Provides a superior customer experience to both internal and external customers

Education:
High School Diplomas or GED
Experience:

Minimum six months CallCenter, Customer Service or related experience

Strong customer service skills

Working knowledge of windows based programs
