Our client located in Coon Rapids, MN is now hiring multiple Call Center, Customer Care representatives. Schedules can vary: primary hours on 1st shift; must be open to 2 evenings each week; Fridays off or half day. One Saturday per month. Mid skilled level agents earn on average, $11.00 per hour plus commission.
Duties:
· Place outbound calls for defaulted accounts
· Negotiate debt recover, setting up payment schedules
· Document account activity
· Answer questions and provide customer service support
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED. (Must provide a copy)
- Must have 6 months to 1 year call center/customer service experience
- Solid/stable customer service background, including telephone skills
- Excellent verbal and listening skills
- Familiarity with a PC and typing of 30+ wpm
- Decision making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to negotiate and influence debtor decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills-ability to work within the framework of a team
- Must complete pre-employment drug and background screening
