We are seeking an Administrator/CEO at Marywood Center in Wausau, WI, to manage the day-to-day operations of the 90 skilled nursing bed facility. This position is also responsible for Northland House Group Home which is an eight bed licensed adult alternative care facility.
The Administrator/CEO is responsible for managing day-to-day operations; ensuring high quality patient and resident care; ensuring policies & procedures that actively reinforce mission, corporate values & corporate directives; strategic & financial planning and facility maintenance.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, current LTC administrator license, 1-3 yrs. administrator exp. and be able to relate to staff, board and community. Strong leadership, human relations & communication skills req’d.
