Growing Hospitality Interior Design/ Procurement Firm seeks full time (40Hours) Logistics Coordinator. Manage 300+ orders from order entry, confirmation of schedule, freight management, to on time delivery. Must work well in a fast paced environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Manage / Track all orders
• Audit sales order paperwork
• Gather shipping quotes
• Schedule and coordinate freight for on time delivery
•Excellent Customer service on phone calls and emails
Qualifications:
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, multi-tasking skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
• Punctual and reliable
• Extremely detail oriented
• 12+ months of previous logistics experience is required
• Helpful Attitude / Highly Motivated
