Our client in the west metro has a long term contract need for Business-to-Business Collections Specialists. The ideal candidates must have 3+ years of experience in BUSINESS TO BUSINESS credit or collections and possess excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have exceptional negotiation skills in addition to being analytical and polite. A typical day will include: in or outbound collection efforts, creating and maintaining credit history files on clients, documenting daily collections activities and identifying delinquent accounts. Other duties may include: Researching disputes and billing discrepancies, identifying bad debt or financial exposure, performing account/payment reconciliations.
This person should have an excellent understanding of MS Excel and have done Business to Business Collections in a previous job.
Pay is $14-17.00 DOQ
