Our client located in St. Louis Park, MN is now hiring multiple Inside Sales Representatives for Financial Services. Schedules can vary, with Full Time or Part Time options. Guaranteed base pay of $12.00 - $13.00 hourly plus commission and additional performance based incentives! Mid-skilled level representatives earn on average, $16.00-$19.00 hourly.
Duties:
· Answer incoming calls from members verifying their accounts
· Effectively listen and respond to member needs in order to build value of service & products
· Strong sales “consultative” skills to sell products to the customers
· Explain the features and benefits of the product in a persuasive manner
· All calls must be handled in a professional manner, with a high level of quality, efficiency, and computer skill
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent verbal and listening skills
- Familiarity with a PC and typing of 30+ wpm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to negotiate and influence purchase decisions
- Must complete pre-employment drug and background screening
