We are looking for a General Manager to run a Motorsports dealership in Minnesota. If you are an energetic individual with 3-5 years of motorsports or related experience, and at least 2–3 years of management experience and have the ability to lead a winning team, this is for you.
This person will be responsible to:
- Oversee and manage the operations of the dealership
- Provide top notch customer service to all customers
- Continue to build a customer and employee focused culture
- Train staff on sales processes
- Teach and implement F&I
- Understand accounting, service and parts operations.
- Manage all phases of store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by creating an environment that is merchandise driven and customer focused
- Monitor and control budgets
- Manage daily results through setting goals and training employees
- Develop unique ways to drive sales through events, community activities and other local marketing opportunities
- Identify key product drivers for merchandise presentations to enhance sales
- Recruits, selects and trains staff and assists with developmental opportunities
- Manage and develop employees for future growth
- Plan and prepare work schedules for optimum coverage

- Working knowledge of the activities, methods, procedures and policies of a service department environment
- Excellent interpersonal planning and organizational skills
