The Service Advisor is responsible for front line customer service while providing support to the Service Manager and Service Technicians.  Responsibilities include inspecting boats and equipment to determine the need for and cost of repairs, assists with the scheduling and distribution of work for technicians, answers incoming calls in a professional manner and provides exceptional customer service, greets walk-in customers and determines needs, documents all customer repair needs on a service repair order, coordinates customer follow-up, and provides prompt, detailed and timely flow of all paperwork.
