We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide in house customer service support including but not limited to Pumps, mixers, batch plants and reclaimers. Receive customer parts orders by telephone, fax, e-mail and online store entering orders into SAP daily. Provide customer service feedback on parts orders, availability, delivery and other inquiries.
Technical background required with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical and mechanical systems. Strong Verbal and written communication skills. Previous customer service experience preferred. Computer skills in SAP (Preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and Excel Employee must be bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish)
INTERACTION (Relationships and degree of contact with internal and external individuals or groups): Daily customer contact as well as other departments within the company as required.
TOOLS/MATERIALS SPECIFIC FOR YOUR JOB: Basic hand tools, computer (SAP, Microsoft Outlook and Excel), copier, fax, scanner, calculator, training materials, parts/service manuals, and documents.
1. Represent the department and company in a professional manner, maintaining a positive and pleasant demeanor at all times dealing with customers by telephone, written communication such as faxes and e mails, or in person.
2. Include warranty paperwork and communicate with the Warranty Department on potential warranty issues pertaining to equipment and parts.
