Responsibilities
Care for patients during endoscopic procedures, assist proceduralist, administer IV sedation, act as a patient advocate, accurately document in the patient's medical record, take call, off premise for urgent/emergency procedures.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- RN Minnesota license 2 or 4 year
- Endoscopy procedure experience required
- ICU/PACU experience preferred
- Medical terminology required
- ACLS
- BLS
Skills
- Ability to assist in endoscopy procedures
- Function well as a team member
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
- Full time position
- 40 hours/week
- Day/Evening shift
- Varying start times
- Weekend rotations per departmental need
- Call - off premise according to departmental need
- MNA contract
RN hires with less than 1 year of RN experience must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or The National League for Nursing) which is inclusive of a clinical rotation in an acute care facility.
