Electrical Consultants, Inc., has immediate openings for Transmission Project Engineers and Project Managers in our Madison, WI office.
BSCE or BSEE, 5+ years of transmission design and project engineering experience in the industry required; PE or ability to obtain. Solid working knowledge of the PLS-CADD suite of design software tools and well versed in the design of wood, steel, and concrete pole structures. Experience in lattice tower design a plus. Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills a must. Candidate will be responsible for managing and/or preparation of project design documents including technical line designs, plan & profile (structure spotting), staking sheets, contracts and specifications.
