Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in an autonomous manner. This patient care may be a direct activity of the RN, or it may be to coordinate and supervise patient care provided by assistive personnel.

Additional Information

The TRIA/Hilton Recovery Program gives patients the opportunity to have certain procedures that are normally done in a hospital setting performed in TRIA's outpatient surgery center. The overnight surgery recovery takes place at the Hilton in a private room with personal nursing care, rather than a hospital. Patients are required to have a responsible adult caregiver with them throughout their stay.

Nurses in this setting need exceptional assessment, critical thinking and problem solving skills. ACLS is required and current orthopaedic experience required. This role requires a nurse who is confident in their ability to provide excellence in care and service in the non traditional setting of a hotel.

TRIA Orthopaedic Center is the first state-of-the-science center in the Twin Cities dedicated solely to the highest level of orthopaedic care and the advancement of orthopaedic medicine through outcome studies, research and education.
