Staffing Partners is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Western Suburbs! This is going to be a long term temporary position and may become permanent for the right person. The hours will be 8-4:30 with a half hour lunch. The position pays $12-$13 per hour, D.O.Q.
The position will consist of answering phones, greeting guests, scheduling/setting up conference rooms for meetings, and a light amount of Account Payable.
The right candidate will be very detail oreinted, professional, presentable, and upbeat. Experience with the Office Suite is required, especially Outlook and EXCEL. Someone with an Administrative of Customer Service background would be ideal.
