A Customer Service Express Lube Representative (ELR) greets customers and provides Express Lane services striving to meet or exceed customer expectations; the ELR efficiently writes express lube work orders, assigns work to lube technicians, communicates with service advisors to sell additional services needed and creates accurate invoices for the services provided. Also will help answer customer questions and phone calls and sets service appointments.
