Job Description:
Humera Administrative Staffing has an opening for a Senior-Level Administrative Assistant to work for our client, a financial planning company that treats each customer as an individual through creating customized plans tailored to their dreams and goals. The chosen candidate will be responsible for expense reports, calendaring and arranging travel.
  • Providing administrative support to entire department
  • Completing expense reports using Concur
  • Arranging travel accommodations via AXIOM
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Heavy calendaring for departmental requests

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • 6-8 years of prior administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills and organization skills
  • Ability to accurately multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
