Compliance Director


The Compliance Director will direct and coordinate compliance with federal and state laws and regulations relating to Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, HMOs, and HIPAA. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President & General Counsel administratively, you will also report directly to the CEO and the Board about work closely with the CEO when compliance issues that require the highest level of oversight. 


 


Qualifications:


•  Graduate or undergraduate degree in health care administration, health policy or business; law degree preferred.


•  Minimum 4 years experience in health care compliance or related activities required, with demonstrated ability working effectively across departments or divisions.


•  Two years supervisory experience plus knowledge of state and federal statutes regarding health care regulation and privacy laws, and principles of auditing and investigation.
