Our client is looking for a Client Manager to join their team! This is a great opportunity with a sales and marketing firm located in Plymouth, MN that is utilized by Fortune 500 companies! This person will be responsible for building and managing successful calling campaigns that generate results for clients. This person will report directly to the Senior Client Manager.
Duties:
· Build rapport with clients through program recommendations and processional communication practices
· Grow and retain client business
· Develop call guides and coordinate campaign details from fulfillment development to pre-recorded voicemails, and call agent team selection
· Train and coach call center agents
· Provide clients with reports and insightful analysis of results
· Monitor program metrics and activity to ensure alignment with client objectives and scope
· Collaborate on best practices, new ideas, and report on program status
· Attend client meetings to design and develop new campaigns, report on results, and identify additional business opportunities
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3-5 years professional experience, preferably with B2B Marketing and Account management experience
· Agency experience ideal
· B2B calling campaign or B2B marketing/sales experience ideal
· Ability to handle client retention
· Decisive and able to make sound recommendations to clients and internal staff regarding campaigns
· Interpret raw data to identify trends and make recommendations
