Inside Sales Representative
IdentiSys Incorporated, North America’s largest full-service identification and security solutions provider, headquartered in Eden Prairie, is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to prospect and sell products, parts, supplies and service components.
We are looking for a highly motivated inside sales professional to identify, create, qualify, and contact businesses within an assigned national territory.

Job duties will include:
•Actively contact new prospects using all available means of communications and marketing
•Establish/search contact details for field reps from various contact databases, vertical market
segment lists and industry association members
•Present and close on product offerings and choices within the portfolio of identification systems and products
•Close sales and process orders by referring to price lists and product literature details
•Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports as requested
•Provide historical records by maintaining details in ACT! customer marketing and sales efforts
•Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
•Initiate marketing programs via direct mail, email and trade shows to drive lead opportunities for assigned field reps
•Outstanding selling capabilities via phone and email
•Excellent customer services, phone communication, internet search efficiency, email writing clarity and general communication skills
•Self-discipline to complete assignments as requested and on time
•Ability to update and manage databases/contact lists via Excel, ACT and other tools
•High-energy with strong closing skills, prospecting capabilities, self-confidence and professionalism
•Previous inside sales experience
•Knowledge of identification and security industry
•Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
•Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
