Our client in the Twin Cities is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This is a contract position lasting 3 - 4 months.
This person provides administrative support to the entire office. This position will involve clerical, receptionist, and administrative duties. They will also be mainting a filing system, writing and publishing minutes for meetings, and providing general office support. This will include backup receptionist duties, completing and coding expense reports, entering schedules, data entry, preparing and sending packets, and getting the office ready for the day.
Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint is also required.
