We are in need of a Service Manager to joing our team.  This position is for imediate placement.

The essential functions of the Service Manager Position are to oversee the conversion of incoming customer calls into booked service calls, and the forwarding of customer calls to available Field Technicians. Trains employees and Field Service Technicians on the company customer service training program to educate, establish rapport and assist customers in choosing service and products. Develops and conducts company training to assure continuous increases in customer sales and prompt and accurate dispatch of incoming orders. This position is aware of the importance of Field Technician incentive programs, and ensures fair and equitable distribution and proper documentation of work. Oversees the use of customer call-backs according to company procedure This individual must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education. Must be familiar with local plumbing codes and be able to speak to company product lines with some degree of accuracy. The Manager must be able to interact with Dispatch, CSR, Office Manager, and technicians to assist in completion of projects.
