THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking qualified candidates for several immediate opportunities within a mortgage document handling company located near St. Paul, MN. All positions have potential for full-time hire with this dynamic, growing company!
Openings require a minimum of 6 months’ post-closing mortgage or title experience (back end vs. origination), and leadership experience is a plus for some positions.
Starting hourly pay range is $11-$13 for specialist level, $13-$16 for supervisory experience, and $16-$23 DOQ for management level.

Lien Release Specialist
- Enter data and create lien releases by understanding related mortgage documents
- Candidate should have mortgage experience or 3-6 months related experience
- Ability to use basic computer programs, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail
Mortgage Recording Specialist
- Proof read and audit recordable documents, navigate county websites
- Perform formal review and inspection of recordable documents to ensure accuracy
- Process recording fees by understanding related mortgage documents
- Ability to use basic computer programs, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail
Post Closing Specialist
- Proof read and audit recordable documents
- Perform formal review and inspection of recordable documents to ensure accuracy
- Process recording fees by understanding related mortgage documents
- Ability to use basic computer programs, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Graduate or General Education Diploma (GED); college a plus
- Good knowledge of mortgage documents; title experience preferable
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a face paced environment
- Must type 40 wpm or above
- Post-Closing mortgage experience preferred over origination
- Knowledge of MERS is a plus
