This position is responsible for selecting, pricing, promoting and displaying organic and conventional produce to meet objectives for sales, margins, labor and customer service. You will work with the General Manager to set sales, labor, margin and inventory turn goals for the department. Review weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and plan for any necessary corrective action. The candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, knowledge of organic and conventional produce, knowledge of SMS POS system a plus. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be competent with Microsoft products.
