The person in this position will be responsible for responding to requests for technical assistance by campus personnel using an integrated student system. The person in this position will troubleshoot problems, advise users on appropriate actions, log all interactions, escalate issues if necessary, prepare activity reports as requested, maintain the system knowledge base and stay current with system functionality.
Note: 5% Travel is required to attend meetings.

**This position could be located at the following locations: Granite Falls or Waite Park **
-Three or more years of experience supporting a client server or web-based enterprise application
-Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to communicate with customers and collaborate with the development team
-Customer service skills sufficient to respond to requests for technical assistance
-Investigative and analytical skills sufficient to diagnose and resolve problems
-Demonstrated ongoing professional development
Technical skills in the following technologies:
-Query and reporting tools such as MS Access, Toad, Hyperion/Brio, Crystal Reports etc..
-MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)
-Experience testing changes to an enterprise application
-Knowledge of financial aid practices and regulations in Higher Education.
