Sempris LLC, a marketing-solutions company located in Minneapolis, MN, offering leading-edge membership programs to a suite of national retail, catalog and leading consumer-marketing clients, is currently seeking to hire an experienced Financial Analyst within its Finance Department, reporting to the Manager of Financial Analysis.
The chosen candidate will join a very dedicated, inspired, energized team atmosphere in which the individual will develop advanced analytical skills through in-depth research and development of models and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate analysis of specific financial results, and multiple forecasts models.
Duties
• Periodic activity reporting and reconciliations
• Analytical reporting, forecasting, and research
• Variance Analysis
• Evaluate and present information in a manner that will facilitate management's understanding of the results and impact
• Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary
Qualifications
• 1-3 years analytical experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Demonstrated Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Access
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
• General knowledge of credit card processing are a plus
