 Position Purpose:  Provides recruiting support to the Recruiting department.  This position will help post positions, schedule interviews, source potential candidates and follow up with applicants as necessary. 


·         Recruitment


o   Supports recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions by assisting the Senior Recruiter with  direct recruiting, initial review of potential candidates, employee referrals, Internet and other media advertisements, Internet data mining, and ATS databases

o   Acts as a first point of contact for internal and external candidate inquiries and responses

o   Works with Recruiting team to execute client group sourcing strategy

o   Assists  with managing outside sourcing vendors

·         Customer Interaction

o   Organizes interview process.  Provides scheduling assistance for interviews and meetings. 

o   Maintains communication with hiring managers, candidates and other HR team members during the job/candidate cycle

o   Assists with the offer process and on-boarding of new-hires

·         Staffing Reporting

o   Updates applicant tracking system as necessary 

·         Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested


Required Knowledge and Skills:

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         Good administrative proficiency and customer service skills

·         Strong computer skills including applicant tracking systems and MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

·         Medical device recruitment experience desired


·         High school diploma or equivalent with some college or technical school coursework preferred

·         3 years of job-related experience, preferably in a human resource department

·         Strong technical skills with MS office products and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

·         Strong preference for medical device recruitment expertise

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment

·         Able to adapt to changing priorities

·         Ability to learn quickly



****Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and Drug screen.
