Rudolph Community and Care, LLC Full time position (3-4 days/week). Will be required to work every other weekend. Provide one on one overnight staffing for an individual with special needs. Responding to any of the individual's needs and ensuring their safety will be crucial to success in this position. During the course of the shift, the employee will also be expected to perform a wide range of office/administrative duties in our home office which is located in the same building as the consumer's residence. Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, logging information, maintaining paperwork, etc. is required. Proficiency with a computer to browse the web, email, and use programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Consumer care responsibilities of awake overnight staff include but are not limited to: - Thorough and accurate documentation of behaviors - Modeling appropriate behavior at all times - Responding to needs of consumer(s) - Ensuring safety and happiness of our consumer(s) Office/administrative responsibilities of awake overnight staff include but are not limited to: - Data entry and reports - Filing - Document writing - Putting together manuals, brochures, booklets, etc. - Preparing schedules - Maintaining and updating logs Minimum Requirements: - Eligibility to work in the United States - Valid Driver's license - Clean Driving Record - Insured, reliable vehicle for use at each shift - Background clearance as required by BCA and DHS - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling company or consumer records and sensitive information - College Degree, CPR/First Aid Certification, and experience in the human services field are highly recommended
