Our client is looking for a direct hire candidate to work in their small office handling a number of customer service, order entry and cash applications.
A few of the tasks will involve: taking orders for customers, handling questions about previously placed orders, entering the orders into the system, getting information to the shipping department, following up with customers post shipping, applying the customers' payments to their accounts when they pay and more.
This is a great role for someone who is excellent at 10-key and multi-tasking. You will wear a lot of hats...sometimes at the same time.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of customer service/phones experience. Must successfully pass a criminal background check. Must be reliable and trustworthy.
Hours: 7:30-3:30 M-F. Paid 30 minute lunch
Salary: $38-40k DOQ and Experience plus company pays a decent amount toward health insurance. Bonus eligible position as well
