The Cash Management Specialist acts as the primary representative within the Bank for the sale of new and expanded cash management products and services to existing and prospective Business Banking customers. Responsibilities include ongoing follow up with key cash management clients to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention, as well as overall growth in cash management fee income. A key element of this position will be in proactively accompanying Business Banking staff on existing customer and new prospect calls, by complementing their presentations with presentations geared toward the sale of cash management products appropriate for their business’s needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business or related field, with five to seven years experience in business banking and/or cash management. The banking industry is changing quickly. This person should have an understanding of regulatory compliance issues relating to commercial deposits and corporate cash management functions and needs. The successful candidate will have a high level of knowledge with cash management technology, and in addition, be a self-motivator with a successful sales background, and a team player.
