Job Description:

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited associate, baccalaureate or master’s degree program in Nursing. Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota. CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers required.

Knowledge of current nursing practices and techniques. Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. Ability to effectively participate on an interdisciplinary treatment team. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, family member and co-workers.

Additional Information:

RN for Labor/Delivery/Antepartum units; Prefer previous acute care experience, OB experience Desirable.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and as valuable member of team; works closely with providers; previous experience dealing with a broad range of cultural backgrounds helpful; must be flexible, adaptable and able to function well in dynamic and changing clinical environment; must possess strong critical thinking skills with ability to function well in crises and emergencies
