Our West Metro client is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
- Source new clients through referrals, cold calling, and other means.
- Achieve revenue targets and other sales performance requirements.
- Work closely with peer salespeople to meet co-selling account goals.
- Build on-going high-level customer relationships within clients.
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership on sales opportunities.
- Supervise 4-6 direct reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4-7 years sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and presentations skills.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of strategic solutions and proposals.
- Ability to conduct effective presentations to all levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and employees of the organization.
- Ability to represent and communicate with a diverse population.
- Demonstrated ability to call on high-level clients.
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating with clients to create a win-win for both company and client.
- Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strategic marketing experience and knowledge of media production and marketing practices desired.
The right person will be extremely aggressive, driven/ambitious, and willing to put in the extra time it takes to be successful in the role. It would be preferred that this would be a step up for a great Salesperson looking to take the next steps in their career.
